Returns

We want you to love your uuanted products. Since our items are personal care goods, we're only able to accept returns for products that arrive defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there's an issue, contact us within 30 days at info@uuantedskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving your item. Please don't send anything back before reaching out, items sent to us without a request first won't be accepted.

Damages and issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@uuantedskincare.com. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send you instructions for the return along with a prepaid shipping label.

Non-returnable items

Outside of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. This includes change of mind, incorrect size or scent preference, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know if the refund or replacement was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, or we'll send a replacement, whichever you prefer. Please note it can take extra time for your bank to post the refund.
