You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site or its content, copy our intellectual property, or engage in behaviour that disrupts or harms the experience for others.
Our skincare products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All content on our site is for informational purposes only and not intended as medical advice.
You acknowledge that everyone’s skin is different, and results may vary. By using our products, you agree that uuanted is not responsible for any reactions, injuries, allergies, or outcomes arising from product use. Please perform a patch test prior to full use and consult a physician if unsure about any ingredient.
All purchases made through uuanted are final.

Chargeback-based refunds
Due to the nature of skincare, hygiene, and product integrity, all orders are non-refundable once processed.
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks will be challenged and may result in permanent account restrictions or legal action.
Once an order leaves our facility, uuanted is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages, including carrier errors, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled and closed.
If there is an issue with your shipment, you may contact us at [email protected]. While we do not guarantee refunds, replacements, or reshipments, we may, at our sole discretion, investigate the matter with the carrier and provide assistance where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, uuanted skincare inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use or misuse of our site or products.
If you submit reviews, content, or testimonials, you grant uuanted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, or display the content for marketing or promotional purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
