uuanted Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the uuanted skincare inc. Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
  • Participation is non-exclusive and does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

2. Affiliate Links & Promotion

  • Approved Affiliates will receive unique tracking links or codes.
  • You may promote uuanted products through approved channels including social media, websites, email, and content platforms.
  • Affiliates may not:
    • Misrepresent uuanted or its products
    • Make medical, therapeutic, or unverified claims
    • Use paid ads bidding on uuanted brand terms without written approval
    • Imply official partnership beyond affiliate participation

3. Commission & Payments

  • Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases tracked through your affiliate link or code.
  • Commissions apply only to completed, paid orders (excluding returns, refunds, chargebacks, or fraud).
  • Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment schedules are determined by uuanted and may be updated at any time.
  • Payments are issued via the agreed payout method once minimum thresholds are met.

4. Content Usage & Rights

  • By participating, you grant uuanted the right to repost, share, or repurpose affiliate-created content for marketing purposes, with credit where appropriate.
  • uuanted will not sell affiliate content to third parties without consent.

5. Brand Guidelines

  • Affiliates must follow uuanted brand guidelines if provided.
  • Content should align with uuanted’s values, tone, and community standards.
  • We reserve the right to request content edits or removal if it does not align with the brand.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
  • uuanted may withhold commissions in cases of fraud, policy violation, or abuse.
  • Upon termination, affiliates must immediately stop using affiliate links and brand assets.

7. Confidentiality

  • Any non-public information shared with affiliates (including upcoming launches or internal materials) must be kept confidential unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • uuanted is not responsible for technical issues, tracking errors, or third-party platform outages.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, uuanted shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation.

9. Modifications

  • uuanted reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
